How to Pay Your Rent

Payments must be made using the Online portal or via Electronic Cash Payment

  a. e-Check via Appfolio Online Portal - Tenants can enter the bank account and routing numbers in the secure Online Portal to pay rent or any other charge directly from the checking or savings account. ***NOTE: There is an online convenience fee of $2.49 per transaction and is subject to change, as may be disclosed in the Appfolio Online Portal at the time of payment.

            b. Credit & Debit Card via Appfolio Online Portal - Tenants can use debit or credit card to pay rent or any other charge through the secure Online Portal or use Apple Pay through the iOS mobile app for fast and familiar checkout.  ***NOTE: There is an online convenience fee to pay using credit card that is 3.49% of the total amount per transaction.  For debit cards, the convenience fee is a flat fee of $9.99 per transaction (note - these fees are subject to change, as may be disclosed in the Appfolio Online Portal at the time of payment).*** The convenience fee is charged for payments made by credit card or debit card payment in the Appfolio Online Portal. This is not a fee charged by Landlord. You will be notified of the convenience fee when you enter the amount of your payment and you are notified of the fee again before you submit the payment.

         c. Electronic Cash Payment using the PaySlip. Tenants will be provided with a reusable PaySlip or download a PDF version of the PaySlip from tenants’ Online Portal that can be used at Walmart, 7-eleven, CVS, Walgreens, Casey’s, or Ace Cash Express to pay rent in cash (a $3.99 transaction fee applies; $2000 maximum per transaction; $1,500 at 7-Eleven. Tenants can make multiple payments if needed. At all locations, the maximum amount a tenant can pay within a 24-hour period is $2,900. The $3.99 processing fee applies to each transaction completed). The PaySlip will allow Tenants to pay rent with cash at participating store locations. Locate the most convenient participating location near you using the ‘Find Store’ button from your Online Portal. ***NOTE: these fees are subject to change without notice.***
